There are plenty of food choices including vegan options and speciality coffee shops. You might want to take home some local honey. Check out the Hat Box and find something to protect yourself from the hot sun. You can find hand-made jewellery, beautiful artwork and other memorabilia created by local artisans. Caversham Wildlife Park

Caversham Wildlife Park is a family-owned and operated wildlife park. It features around 200 different species with farm shows and close-up animal encounters. You could milk a cow or bottle-feed a lamb at the farm show. Don’t be shy to volunteer and participate. One of the most popular things to do at Caversham Wildlife Park is to feed the kangaroos. You will be provided with kangaroo food and can interact with these friendly animals in a spacious friendly enclosed area. Another fun thing to do is meet a koala bear. This is an excellent opportunity for photos and you can even hold one of the little koalas. Light meals and snacks are available and the park is wheelchair friendly.
