Story Bridge

The Story Bridge goes across the Brisbane River connecting the Northern and Southern suburbs of Brisbane. It is a cantilever bridge and at 777 metres long it is the longest in Australia. For something truly memorable consider the Story Bridge climb. It is one of only three bridge climbs available in the world for tourists. The climb lasts about two hours and offers some spectacular views, especially at the summit. After your walk or climb of Story Bridge, you might want to go to the Howard Smith Wharves and visit one of the riverside restaurants or breweries.
